This policy explains what data LaunchClaw collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using our Service you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data — email address, hashed password (or Google OAuth token if you sign in with Google).
• Payment data — billing details are handled directly by Stripe. We store only the subscription status and plan identifier; we never see or store raw card numbers.
• Discord data — the guild (server) ID your bot is connected to, and the bot token you provide during setup. The token is used solely to provision your bot.
• Infrastructure data — the IP address and region of your provisioned server, bot version, and health-check timestamps.
• Usage data — basic request logs for debugging and abuse prevention. We do not log message content from your Discord server.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provision, operate, and monitor your bot's server
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
• To diagnose problems and improve the Service

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in (Google Privacy Policy)
• Discord — bot API and guild integration (Discord Privacy Policy)
• Hetzner — cloud servers where your bot runs (Hetzner Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic — the Claude AI model powering your bot (Anthropic Privacy Policy)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at brian@liconsulting.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
