Terms of Service

By using LaunchClaw ("Service", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Service Description

LaunchClaw hosts Discord AI bots powered by Claude (Anthropic) on dedicated cloud servers. We provision, monitor, and manage the infrastructure on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. By using LaunchClaw you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at brian@liconsulting.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue. Free-tier bots are subject to a usage time limit and may be suspended once the limit is reached.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass DM campaigns
• Violate any applicable law or Discord's policies
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system
• Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent

6. Bot Content & Responsibility

You are responsible for the Discord server(s) your bot is added to and for the interactions your bot has with users. We are not liable for any content generated by or through your bot.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page — access continues through the end of the paid period.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
